Delivery Policy
While I strive for 24-hour delivery on Basic packages, there may be circumstances where this isn't possible. In such cases, I will notify you as soon as possible, and you will have the option for a full refund if I haven't started the work. Once work begins, all sales are final as per my standard policy.
Digital Delivery
All designs will be delivered to your attached email. If you don't receive any documents within the specified delivery timeframe, please check your junk mail. If you still haven't received anything then contact me at bennyf12581@gmail.com.
Refund Policy
My policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
For those who don't understand what that means... I do NOT offer refunds!
Exceptions
Refunds are only available if I haven't started working on your design. Once work begins, all sales are final.
